Spacious rooms suitable for families.
I had numerous issues during my stay. The lift only reaches the first floor, making it a nightmare for anyone with mobility challenges. Not to mention, the breakfast was a complete letdown with limited options, and the staff clearly couldn't handle the demand, resulting in grumpy service. On top of that, I had to deal with maintenance problems in the bathroom. the sink was difficult to use, and the air conditioning malfunctioned at night!

Staying here for 6 nights while exploring Syracuse was a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the bus and train stations, making it easy to get around. One of my favorite parts was the spaciousness of the Superior Triple Room with Sea View, which offered beautiful sights of the surrounding area. Plus, the freshly baked croissants and delicious coffee at breakfast were a great way to start each day.

Charming hotel with convenient access
Waking up to a delightful breakfast buffet was a joy each morning. The hotel’s proximity to Ortigia made exploring easy, with plenty of restaurants nearby and friendly service to assist us throughout our stay.
While the hotel was charming, I wish the shower had better water pressure. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise pleasant experience.

Extremely helpful staff with great flexibility on check-out. Room was small but had tea-making facilities and was kept clean daily. The location is just a short stroll from Ortigia and a bit away from bus stations.
A bit noisy from the street, especially at night.

spacious room, excellent location, complimentary water bottles
The lack of elevator access is a major inconvenience for those on higher floors!!! The balconies are impractical with high walls preventing any view, making them feel completely useless!!! It really dampens the desire to enjoy fresh air!!!
